Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to swap sizes, models, or change your mind within 30 days of purchase. If you used the 2nd pair deal and need to change the size or model of an unworn pair, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

International customers

Returns may not be cost-effective due to shipping. Contact us before ordering for sizing advice. In case of the wrong size, enjoy a 50% discount on the right size and discounted shipping rates.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a timely manner.

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
