Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your item is marked as delivered.
If you would like to return, exchange, or swap sizes/models, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item should be returned in the original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
2nd Pair Deal
If you purchased using a multi-buy or 2nd pair promotion and need to change the size or model of an unworn pair, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
International Customers
International returns may not always be cost-effective due to shipping costs. We strongly recommend contacting us before ordering for sizing guidance.
If the wrong size is ordered, we may offer a discounted replacement pair and reduced shipping rates where possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds may be refused if returned items show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
There is no exchange handling fee, however postage costs may apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time before the item has been fulfilled or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
